How do I get villagers to use ploughs?  Is it sufficient to just place them in
the towns?

Also, does anyone else have the problem of your subordinate captains just
ignoring your orders even after they've grunted their assent?  Usually this
happens when I tell one of them to kill a sheep since they are too stupid to
realize they are starving to death!  They grunt 'yeah', and just sit there in
camp!  Is this insubordination, or what?

Awesome game.  So glad I didn't get it before finals were over....
