Funny, I guess we should pull back our products and tell our customers
to stop doing overscan in 1.3!  8-)  There are many programs using
overscan in 1.3, not all work in 2.0, but some do.  Our stuff
has worked in 1.3 and 2.0 properly and legally.  It is possible and
simple to do.
