There's another bug which, if I remember the explanation corerectly, strikes the keyboard chip occasionally. It happens when the kb chip misses the key-up part of a packet. It shows up a lot for me on boot up since I got a Golden Image mouse. If I move the mouse quickly while the St's booting, I get escape key messages continuously. Hitting any key ends it.
