Yes, believe it or not, the 28c does only have 2k RAM.  Basically, this
means that you only have enough memory for normal operations, a few
fundamental programs,  but no games or large programas.  The other
advantage to the 28s is that it has memory functions hwihc the 28c
doesn't need and that it runs at 1mhz compared to the 28c's .8 or so.
