If you have a PC with PROCOMM+ or the equivalent, try this... Edit you posting prior to accessing the BBS. Then, instead of typing everything in use the ASCII file upload option of PROCOMM+. Set it up for XON/XOFF protocol, strip carriage returns but save line feeds. Also, set a 300 to 400 millisecond delay between characters. It's slow but a hell of a lot faster than typing a large file!
