Who makes 24 bit high resolution 1024 x 1024 + video cards?  Monitors?

Who makes 24 bit NTSC video cards (480 X 640, 512 x 768, etc) with genlock? 

Anyone have personal experience with any of these cards?  

Any industry standards applicable?
