Message-ID: <90363.215437ERSHC@CUNYVM.BITNET> Date: 30 Dec 90 02:54:37 GMT Organization: City University of New York/ University Computer Center Lines: 25 I receintly ordered a hard disk controler and cables for same from Microlab. I received the card and a floppy controler cable. I called there customer (dis)service number (A TOLL CALL) and, after spending a total of 15 minutes on hold, was cut off. I called again, spent another 20 minutes on hold, and, after explaining the problem, was givin the option of ordering the correct cables and having them shipped, and then returning the cable I got, or shipping the cable I got and then getting the correct ones. As the first option seemed faster, that is what I chose. The Service Guy couldn't issue an RMA number, but said I would be called back by someone with an RMA. I never got called back (over a two week wait), and I never received the cables. I sent a certifyed RRR letter (and have received the return recipt), and have yet to hear from them. I won't order from them again, I suggest the same for you.
