One of my professors is interested in a program that would take a graphics image and lower the resolution by averaging pixels to produce those block-type images they use every so often on TV. Does anyone know any shareware programs that will do this? And I (he) would prefer the program to just cut the resolution, not shrink the image manually, enlarge it manually as in some paint programs. Thanks in advance! -- John H.
