I was rudely surprised to find that MPW C++ on the Mac does not
implement the C++ task library.  (They do include the documentation for
it, it just isn't implemented).  Has anyone implemented this library?
If not, is there another version of C++ available for the Mac that
does implement it?

It is needed *urgently* for a virtual reality project.
