Does anyone know of any programs (TSR, etc) that would allow programs such as
Qmodem or better yet, PC-Anywhere to work with that infamous INT-14 that is
used for communications using peer-to-peer packages such as Pib-term LAN and
other "virtual ACS systems."

Surely there must be something that would re-route com routines to INT 14
routines....  wouldn't there?
