I want to print a background pattern on pages run through DVIPS.
The application I have in mind is a large diagonal "DRAFT" in
a light gray font. Could a postscript-DVIPS hacker please advise
me? That is, I want a background pattern choice, with the normal
tex file contents printing "on top".
