I suggest you use Gustaf Neumann's DVI2LJ to print on a HP LaserJet. His
program is good, correct, fast and the like.

You can anonFTP the sources from sol.cs.ruu.nl from the directory
/pub/TEX/DVI from the file dvi2lj.arc.
