I can put it in the anonymous ftp directory on byron.u.washington.edu 128.95.48.32. Seems to work fine via ethernet to a terminal server with a modem. I must confess I haven't tried it with a direct attached modem. We also use this same configuration to a 3090 AIX/370 system.
