Mhh never heard of it.  As far as I know, there is only an UPDATE A
and an UPDATE B (which supercedes UPDATE A). for ODT 1.0  There are
a few SLS's (Support Level Supplements) for ODT which fix a few
obscure bugs, but none with the number '18'.

There is one called 'lng218' which has part of '18' in it :-)
