I caught a glimpse of this message and wanted add my two cents. As far as good Win 3.0 GIF veiwers, I would recommend WINGIF which is a shareware program available on most BBS or COMPUSERVE or GENIE. It's very helpful and makes excellent Wallpaper in all resolutions with a lot of options such as changing the size as well as other features such as dithering. See Ya.
