Subject: Help, my window won't stop scrolling..!

I have a problem somedays ago when I startup windows 3.0 and it won't
stop scrolling the whole window. Is the anything wrong with my
computer( BIOS?), video card or monitor? For more info, I have FTK 386sx
motherboard with AMI 386 BIOS dated at 12/89. MAG (Gateway 2000) super
VGA monitor with 512K of ATI video card.
