Has anybody had luck converting from W4W to WP 5.0?

I need to share documents with a WP person, and the tables will 
just not transfer over.  For example, A w4w table like this...\


	Item 1		Item 2		Item 3
	111111		222222		333333
	111111		222222		333333


converts into this..


Item 1
111111
111111
111111

Item 2

222222

Item 3 (etc..)

Any hints?
