I have a Logitech serial mouse, and I have this problem with the mouse going 
crazy when I start a dos application in windowed mode then  switch to full
screen and back to windowed mode.  This only happens occasinally, and only on
some applications, like vi editor, Turbo Pascal. I do have the line stacks=0,0
in my config but that doesn't help. I also mess with the serial port baud rate
that doesn't help either. Appreciate any info.
