I'm trying to get Open-Look version 2 to work on a Visual Technology X-Term. The darn thing can't find the Lucida-Sans & OL-GLYPH fonts then crashes when I try to start a window session. It finds the fontpath OK but then looks for a file called font.dir, which is not mentioned in Visual's or Sun's manuals (famous last words). Shouldn't it simply load the fonts if FONTPATH is defined in the environment? HAS ANYONE GOT OLMW TO WORK ON VISUAL TECHNOLOGY X-TERMS? (Apparently the installation was not the problem since OpenWin works fine on the Sun. Also, fonts have been converted to .SNF format which the Visual requires.) Please respond via E-Mail at the above address. MANY THANKS!!!
