In SunView if I have a frame containing two text windows one stacked on top
of another, it is possible to resize the height of the top one and have
the bottom one change its size accordingly, to fit the frame.  This behavior
is the default behavior.  (Using CONTROL-Left mouse the sizes can be changed.)

How is this accomplished in XView?  The CONTROL+SELECT does not appear to
do this...
