The value of OpenWindows.WorkspaceColor should be a normal X11 colour specification, either a name from the colours database (normally /usr/lib/X11/rgb.txt or $OPENWINHOME/lib/X11/rgb.txt) or a #rrggbb hexadecimal specification.
