We have tried to compile Roell's first X-Window server on an i486 PC running AT&T UNIX System V/386. The X server starts up fine and responds to the mouse, but it doesn't communicate with the clients. We have used STREAMS and not TCP/IP. Could you please tell us how you have ported the server to the SYS V Unix, and what sort of IPC (TCP/IP or STREAMS or other) you use. Thanks a lot. Giuseppe Romano & Maurizio Davini.
