It's a rather simple program (<5000 lines of C) and will be publicly available after a short beta testing period. If you have the time and interest to devote to a new program, please contact me by mail. Please specify what hardware/software you will be running the software with and why I should make you a beta tester. XDizzy was designed for educational use. It is suitable as a learning and design aid for basic digital circuit design classes. The program is quite portable. (I used the Macintosh Toolbox to design it and only used a few Motif widgets when I added X support. It should be easy to port to plain xlib or even to other platforms. It might even run on a PC after you add some UI glue code.) I'll send out beta test copies in a week and hope to have a more public release in two or three weeks. I wanted this to be my Xmas present to usenet, but since it will not be 100% complete by christmas, I decided to beta test before posting. ____________________________________________________________________________ / Juri Munkki / Helsinki University of Technology / Wind / Project / / jmunkki@hut.fi / Computing Center Macintosh Support / Surf / STORM / ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
