Well outspoken is made by Berkeley Systems In Berkeley, California an I don't have their phone number handy, but you should be able to look it up. It will not do any kind of graphics, and I found many bugs, as though it were not quite finished. It works well with the finder, but it may not work well with your particular application; you should try it out as soon as you get it to make sure it will work for you.
