They support a wide variety of needed services and programs throughout the world. Some clubs have continued to aid Leader dog graduates when they encounter a catastrophic situation. As a rule - Lions Clubs themselves decide where to place their support and assistance. In one situation a club set up a small trust to help cover the costs associated with maintaining the health of a graduate's Leader Dog.
