You find out why a kid kicked Rick Jones in the shin in Hulk #378.
It was an endeavor to, somehow, lend SOME sort of importance to 
378 considering that it is, to all intents and purposes, a fill in
issue (albeit it a real fun one) in order to get Dale Keown caught
up.
