This is,from what I understand,a video image technique that uses computers to analyze sperm motility. CASA technology , as it is sometimes called, is used in fertility and andrology laboratories and in other labs of research. I plan to undertake motility analysis of human sperm using a laser light-scattering technique called photon correlation spectroscopy and I would like to use CASA to check my results.
