I am starting a small project to be able to identify different objects
that have the same physical dimensions.  I want to be able to label them
electonically and have some way of distingushing them.  Does anyone know
of different ways of doing this?  Examples:  bar codes, optical, magnetic
strips.  Where could I find more info on these types of devices and who
makes them?  Thanks for all info.
