Anybody have info on the HL-20; the mini-shuttle for Freedom?
I saw an article in Aerospace America, and wonder what it's status is i.e
mockup/wish hardware or what?  I only had a chance to skim the article, but
it seems that they want to put it on top of a Titan IV.
