You service the vehicle at the pad by providing the Fuel Cells, OMS (Orbital Maneuvering System) Pods or the APUs (Auxiliary Power Units) with fuel / oxidizer. You deservice these items by removing the onboard liquids. The fuel cells are deserviced out at DFRF (Dryden Flight Research Facility).
