I'm sorry to use this status mailing list for a general query,
but it probably reaches the widest Operations audience.

I am interested in obtaining or discussing any Concept of
Operation documents that network managers might have.  I'm
most interested in the ones for the regionals (if they
exist), but samples from corporations would also be useful.

summarize if requested.
