31-Dec. 1990 20:25 UTC. The Manitoba to Saskatoon link is still        
unreachable.  The problem has been escalated to Unitel and they
are working to  resolve the cause of the high packet lost on the
link.  Saskatoon remains isolated.  This is an update.
