Version 5.5 of RCS is now released.  You can find it in
pub/gnu/rcs-5.5.tar.Z on prep.ai.mit.edu.

RCS is not maintained by the Free Software Foundation.  Please send
bug reports and further queries to rcs-bugs@cs.purdue.edu.

This release of RCS works best with GNU diff 1.15 or higher.  GNU diff
1.15 has also just been released, and is available in
pub/gnu/diff-1.15.tar.Z on prep.ai.mit.edu.
