  I'm finishing off the documentation right now, but anyone who wants to
get a preview of cops, version 1.02, can ftp it from cert.sei.cmu.edu,
in ~ftp/cops/beta.  I'll be posting in a day or three, I suspect, so
don't mail me if you want it :-)
  If you do get it, try it out, and send me any problems you have, pronto!
If you don't know what it is, wait a few days.
