Well, there is ONet related information on onet.on.ca.   There is also
some CA*net related information on vm.utcs.utoronto.ca in the
anonymou.202 directory.  Admittedly though, the information in the
anonymou.202 directory is geared to be useful for network support staff
from the regional networks serviced by CA*net.

As far as I know, CA*net itself has not yet found it necessary to
establish acceptable usage guidelines as the NSFnet has.  CA*net is a
backbone network servicing only regional networks.  Each regional
network has its own usage policies, and each tends to enforce same
relieving CA*net of any such responsibilities.
