You can e-mail me if interested, and if there is enough response, I will upload it to the /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS directory of the wuarchive.wustl.edu anonymous ftp site. Note: I have yet to use this program, so I do not know if what it's documentation says about it is accurate.
