A friend of mine from the UK is visiting the USA now and is wondering
whether a fax machine purchased here can be used in the UK without
any problems. In particular, he would like to know if the fax machines
on sale here are capable of sending and receiving faxes from other
countries as well.

I already have a voltage converter so the conversion from 110 to 220/240V
is not an issue here.

I'd sure appreciate any experiences that this group has.
