	Sandy:

	You can get the m-titan.h file from stardent Technical support.
	It seems to be OK but there is some e-lisp code that needs 
	mods to make it work really well. ( manual entries for instance)
	We've been using EMACS on P2 and P3 machines since there introduction
	and still haven't got it perfect.
