Elect. Engineering, Belgium Lines: 39 Some time ago I posted a request concerning the origin of the following images: * 'girl' or 'Karen' or for the larger image 'girl and man in room' * Lena or Lenna or 'girl with hat' * Mandrill or 'baboon' * pepper * boats * Lynda, Vegas, Tiffany etc. (different images of women) * face * ... There were also some other people interested in these images, so here is the result: It seems that most --if not all-- of these images have been scanned at the University of Southern California (USC), Signal and Image Processing Institute, where they reside in USC-SIPI Image Data Base Vol. 4 Miscellaneous (Colour) Images. In the US these images are public domain and can be retrieved from several servers. However, I am still looking for a contact person at USC who can tell me how to order these images, since the images we have are very likely to be corrupted. If someone has information on who to contact or how to order the images, please reply to the email address below. Thanks, Bertrand.
