	Can anyone confirm that the PackBits compression algorithm 
described in the TIFF 5.0 manual is the same algorithm as the PackBytes
compression algorithm used in the PCX image file format?

	If not, what are the difference?  And has there been an official
amendment to the TIFF standard that recognises PCX PackBytes?
