However, I can't really comment on the differences between TurboWindows and MetaWindows. As you may suspect there is a small "gotcha" with the MetaWindows license. If you use MetaWindows with the resident driver program there is no royalty (and you ARE allowed to distribute the driver with your program). This driver must be loaded into memory before you run your MetaWindow program. With MetaWindow Plus this driver isn't necessary; all the routines are incorporated in a library. But, there IS a royalty fee for programs using the libraries. I guess they don't consider MW+ a "low end product".
