There have been several references to E&S "The Annotated C++ Reference
Manual" as the base document for the ANSI spec.  I was under the
impression that the "C++ vs 2.1 Product Reference Manual" was the
base document.  

Can anyone clear this up and provide me with a complete reference to
the document (whatever it may be) and a pointer to where I might 
find a copy if it's not E&S.
