I'm trying to convert a program from Microsoft C to Turbo C, 
and I don't know what halloc does (it does a huge malloc, but
I don't understand the parameters) can anyone tell me? I
can't RTFM since I don't have one. The program is u16, the
16 bit uncompress for MSDOS.
