Hi,
a friend of mine (who hasn't got access to Usenet) asked me how to access csh 
environment variables from within a Fortan program (on a Decstation 5000 
running Ultrix-4.1). Since I don't use Fortran, I'm forwarding his question to
this group. Could somebody please mail me an example how to do this so I can
forward it to him? I would appreciate e-mail over replies on the list, since I
normally do not read comp.lang.fortran.
