  I am using Waterloo Modula-2 on the local VAX/CMS system here for a class
but I can't figure out how to initialize an ARRAY OF CHAR to a NULL set.
Is this the same as setting each element to the space?  Oh, this is also
using the EBCDIC instead of ASCII.  Thanks
