Hello TeXperts & DVIPSperts,

     I have a postscript graphic file created by idraw, and I would like to
include this file in a LaTeX file as a background on each page.  What would
be a simple way to accomplish this?  Note this postscript file is fairly
large.  (I am using dvips5.41.)  Thanks for any suggestions.
