Loaded it up on my Atari ST using the GCR mac emulator. The program loads faster on the ST than on a ci... the performace, of course, is NOT as good. Anyway, i successfully and very easily converted NOTATOR midi files over to FINALE. The files look fine. I began to work on the enharmonics of my files.. I used the SEARCH and REPLACE feature. Seems like endless windows and menus just to flip enharmonics over an entire score. That's not the issue, however. Watching the screen REDRAW every stinking measure was nothing short of ridiculous.. i both laughed and sneered. Looks like i will need an 80MHZ 68090 in order to be productive. Anybody know if CODA is working on more intelligent screen updates? $750 is a lot of money for a piece of software that earns you $1/hr. -kevin
