I have been having problems with the virtual consoles diffs on 1.5.10.  I have
all of the diffs and new C modules installed and a new kernel built and all
seems to be working fine.  I then built up the new ps command which handles the
virtual consoles and when I run it, the port still comes up saying "co".

In looking further, the field in fs that is used to determine the minor number
comes up with 0 for the minor number.

When I check things out, the crc's check out just fine.  If anyone has any
insights as to what the problem might be, I would be most greatful for any help.
