Guess what, as you will no doubt have noticed, in the excerpt I sent to comp.os.minix, the tabs were missing in exactly the same place that make was complaining about and present everywhere else. Things are obviously getting changed across systems, and I am working on a solution (less painful than this) to get files to the PC without letting MVS interfere. . I'm now well on the road to success. Hope Santa brought all you good lads something special this Xmas, if not, same hopes for 1991 (a shiny new 486/33 maybe). Happy New Year.
