In Norway we have been forced to become an ADMD (ADMD=UNINETT) for the simple
reason that we have been unable to get the other communicating parties in
Norway to "see the light" :-) and support the ADMD=" " convention, and that
we refuse to be locked in to a single ADMD provider.
There is still no clear meaning attached to "being an ADMD" in Norway.
